James Palmer (Saint Johns College High School / Team Takeover), a combo guard from Washington D.C., gave his pledge to the Univ of Miami.

 

Palmer chose Miami over other offers from schools like George Mason, Memphis, Temple and VCU. He was also receiving interest from Georgetown, Indiana and Maryland, as well as several other schools.
 

Palmer played his AAU ball for Team Takeover, rated the #1 team in the country this season.
