League Structure
The PYBL will feature the top boy’s middle school basketball players from the DMV regions listed below. One all star team from each region will be created, for a total of 8 teams and 80-100 players.
November 2013 tryouts and pre-season showcase the last weekend of December of 2013. The schedule is a seven (7) week league starting in January 2014 and each team will play each other once. The season will conclude in early March 2014 with playoffs, championship game and All-Star Game.
PYBL All-Star teams will be structured from the following areas:
Anne Arundel County, Maryland
Fairfax County, Virginia
Howard County, Maryland
Loudoun County, Virginia
Montgomery County, Maryland
Prince George's County, Maryland
Southern Maryland (Calvert, Charles, St Mary's counties)
Washington, DC
