During a recent visit to the College of Central Florida Ferguson quickly realized that attending the junior college program would best position him for his dream — playing high-level Division I basketball. In turn, the Herndon point guard signed Wednesday to spend the next two years at the College of Central Florida.

 

Ferguson said. “It seems like almost all of their players end up at Division I programs, so with that opportunity, along with the good academic setting, I feel like it’s the best place for me.”
