2014 St. John’s College High (Washington, D.C.) prospect Tre Campbell had an
exciting start to his week. The four-star point guard picked up an
offer from the University of Maryland
Campbell, , also holds offers from George Mason, George Washington, Old Dominion, Penn State, U-Mass. UNC-Charlotte and VCU.
“It feels great to get an offer from Maryland, and it was kind of unexpected,” Campbell said. “[Turgeon] said he likes me at the one and two position and talked about playing with [O'Connell junior guard and Maryland commit] Melo [Trimble], how are games are different and how we could play well together.”
