Franklin Howard the 6-4 sophomore’s length and evolving offensive ability is attractive to many college programs, including Connecticut, DePaul, Florida, Georgetown, Ohio State, Seton Hall, South Florida and Villanova, who have all extended offers.

“I’m very happy whenever I get an offer from any school, but Maryland is special because they’re a hometown team and I grew up watching them,” Howard said
