The United States All-Stars defeated the Capital All-Stars 105-93 on Saturday night during the 39th annual Capital Classic at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Va.
Senior forward Montrzel Harrell of Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, Va.) led the winners with 24 points and was named MVP. He will attend Virginia Tech University in the fall. Shaquille Cleare, a 6-foot-9, 270-pounder from Village (Houston, Texas), added 14 points.

Twelve ACC recruits participated in the Capital Classic, including Westmoreland County native Justin Anderson, who has signed with Virginia.
Anderson scored 17 points for the Capital All-Stars, including a few rim-rattling dunks. The 6-foot-6 senior forward from Montrose Christian School in Rockville, Md., played against future Virginia teammates Evan Nolte and Mike Tobey.
