The rosters for the 2012 Jordan Brand Classic were announced today and DeMatha Catholic High School senior Jerami Grant, a Syracuse University recruit, was one of those selected, according to a news release on jordanbrandclassic.com. The Jordan Brand Classic event is held at Warner Cable Arena on April 4 in Charlotte, N.C. and is televised nationally on ESPN. It also includes a regional game, showcasing the top prep players from the state of North Carolina, and an international game featuring 16 of the top 17-and-under players from around the world. Grant, a 6-foot-7, 200-pound swingman, Grant is producing 12.3 points per game this season for the Stags, who enter Friday's contest with St. John's (D.C.) with records of 18-3 overall and 9-2 in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference. He reached double figures offensively in 17 of his team's 21 games.
